Denmark Arts Youth Advisory Group
In 2023 Denmark Arts called to local youth to join the Denmark Arts Youth Committee.
The group continues and new members join as others depart to study in Perth. The group is lead by our Youth Coordinator who is a member of the youth committee.
Our 2025 Youth Committee is currently made up of 7 youth members aged between 12-18years.
They will meet several times throughout the year to give their input into programming and work towards multiple youth-run events throughout the year.
This program creates opportunities for local youth to connect, develop skills and find their creative voice.

School Holiday Programs
School Holiday programs are offered for April and September holidays.

The below video captures some of the action from 2023 School Holidays workshops. Local artists facilitated creative workshops in pottery, wearable art, hip-hop song writing and contemporary dance.
This program was supported by Healthway WA who promote the Act Belong Commit messaging, creating opportunities for local youth to connect, develop skills and find their creative voice.
